Guidelines:

• Your name must be entered on the “How did you hear about us?” line on the NEW customer’s registration form.

• If multiple names appear on new customer’s registration form, only the first name will be counted.

• Current customers will receive a $10 credit to their account.

• If tuition is paid in full for the current season, the credit may be used for additional dance training (ex: summer dance camps and intensives); Concert fees, costumes, etc. are not included.

• You will be notified via email when your credit is applied.
